FROM FIRST HELLO TO THE WEDDING DAY

(1) Initial Consultation

We begin with a warm, detailed conversation to understand your style, color preferences, venue, and overall vision. This meeting helps us learn what matters most to you and how we can bring your floral story to life.

(02) CUSTOMIZED FLORAL PLAN

Based on your vision, we create a personalized floral proposal with design concepts, selected blooms and color palettes—allowing you to fully see how your wedding or event will come to life.

(03) Final Review

One month before your celebration, we revisit every detail—guest count, layout, installations and timing—to ensure everything feels aligned, clear, and ready for the big day.

How do I request a quotation?

You may send an inquiry through our contact form.We will then send you a questionnaire. Once you complete it, we will send you a proposal with a detailed price breakdown.

How soon in advance do you recommend booking Weddings?

As soon as your date is set, we can start discussing your flowers. Couples often book with us between 9 - 15 months before their wedding. I do cater for weddings with shorter notice however it depends upon the availability in my diary. My weddings are booked on a first come, first served basis and bookings are only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Once I book, can I make changes to my content?

Absolutely! Changes can be made up until one month before your event.

What flowers are in season for my wedding?

Flowers availability differs throughout the year! While we will do our best to find your favorite flowers, we always have beautiful back up options for you to choose from as well.

How can we schedule a floral consultation?

Most of our floral design consultations are conducted via email. However, if you’d like to schedule an in-person or phone consultation, please feel free to ask via email, and we can check our next availability. Most of our days are spent in production mode to fulfill orders and events for the week, so please bear with our limited availability.
